Description:
In this lesson students will learn through an historical example some of the hardships that soldiers experienced due to extremely deadly weapons created to fight WWI (1914-18). They will work together to synthesize information from various primary and secondary sources and draw conclusions about the effectiveness of trench warfare as a military tactic.
