Description
In this lesson the students will learn the life cycle of the monarch butterfly. They will analyze information to identify the causes of the decline of the monarch population. Then they will take action by planting milkweed on the school grounds as one solution in the preservation of the habitat for monarch butterflies. This lesson contains adaptations for diverse learners. (ELLs)Duration
